Bon Appétit's Coffee Commitment
At Bon Appétit we offer all of our clients a variety of ethically-sourced coffee. Many of our college accounts offer Fair Trade certified coffee and numerous cafés offer Rainforest Alliance certified or organic options. We are evaluating how much we brew at a time to reduce waste and are actively researching where the beans come from and how they get to us.
